Returns Policy

In Store:

We trust that you’ll be more than happy with your purchase, should this not be the case, a full refund will be offered within 14 days where items are unworn and still in original packaging.

Our promise to replace the item or refund your money does not apply to faults or damages caused by accident, neglect or misuse.

Online:

We trust that you’ll be more than happy with your purchase, but on the rare occasion that it is not entirely to your satisfaction, just send it back and we’ll be more than happy to give you a full refund or an exchange. Just make sure that the product is in its original packaging and accompanied by the completed returns section of the invoice and return the unworn item to us within 14 days.

The customer is required to pay return postage charges. We strongly recommend insuring the returned item(s) as the customer is fully responsible for the item(s) until it reaches us. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.

We cannot accept returns of earrings. This is due to hygiene reasons and does not aect your statutory rights. We cannot accept returns for items that have been altered, engraved or personalised.
